I had my sonohystogram this morning. I was dreading it, but I didn't cramp nearly as much this time. I guess the 3rd times a charm. Let's hope that logic holds up for IVF transfers, too! Our RPL panel results have not come back yet, so hopefully in the next couple of weeks we'll hear some answers. We turned in our FET consent form today, so I guess there's no turning back!
I finish my BCPs next week and begin Estrace. Anybody taken that before? Any funky side effects? Then I have one ultrasound, begin progesterone, then the transfer on January 16th. The good news is that I don't have to do PIO shots! Woohoo! It's all suppositories. Messy, but I'll take them over IM shots any day!

Hey Kelly! I'm so glad it wasn't bad...I know they can be killer sometimes. Yay for not having to do PIO shots...are you going to do Endometrin prog supps? They are definitely messy, but I hardly even notice them anymore. Oh and January 16th is my bday so they couldn't have picked a better transfer day ;) (j/k).
I envy your protocol but you deserve a break this time around. I took estrace last cycle and really didn't notice side effects. Then again, I also didn't read the side effects list so maybe I just didn't know what to look for. :)
I truly hope the third time is a charm for you!
I don't know what happened to my comment??? We will just blaim it on the computer. I am very excited for your FET and hopefully we will both have a great NEW YEAR!!! I got my drug list and I am still going to have to do POI, but my DH got real good at giving it to me! The FET sounds like it is going to be much different than the fresh IVF. I am very excited for both of us!!!
I am not taking BCP, they are waiting for me to start naturally, which should be around January 4th then I will start Estrace and Vivelle patches to thicken my lining for 12-15 days then start on the progesterone meds. So I will prob be a few weeks behind you.
Since we're in the same Cycle Sistas group, I wanted to stop by and say hello.
I used Estrace with IVF #1 and didn't notice any side effects. There's so much going on, though, that it can be hard to figure out what's what.
Best of luck with the FET!
